Architectural Specification Manager | A D Flooring About the Role Our client, an established A D flooring studio is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Specification Manager to lead and grow the Queensland territory across architectural, interior design and key specification networks. This is a true territory ownership role, responsible for embedding products into projects early, strengthening design-led relationships, and building a consistent, qualified pipeline across commercial, multi-residential and high-end residential sectors. The successful candidate will bring an existing QLD A&D network, strong presentation capability, and the discipline required to manage long-lead specification cycles through to project conversion.
